- 150 g white fish fillet skinless
- 20 g all-purpose flour
- 10 g unsalted butter
- 10 ml olive oil
- 5 ml lemon juice fresh
- 1 pinch salt fine
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

- Pat the white fish fillet dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides of the fish fillet with fine salt and ground black pepper.
- Place the all-purpose flour on a plate and lightly coat the fish fillet on both sides, shaking off excess flour.
- Heat the unsalted butter and olive oil together in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat until the butter melts and foams.
- Carefully place the floured fish fillet in the hot pan and cook without moving for 3 to 4 minutes until the underside is golden brown.
