- 150 g skinless chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 60 ml orange juice fresh
- 15 ml low sodium soy sauce
- 10 ml honey pure
- 10 ml rice vinegar
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 5 g fresh ginger minced
- 10 g cornstarch
- 30 ml water
- 10 ml vegetable oil
- 10 g green onion sliced
- 1 pinch red chili flakes

Instructions
- Cut skinless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch with chicken pieces until evenly coated.
- Turn Instant Pot to saute mode and heat vegetable oil.
- Add chicken pieces to the pot and cook until lightly browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove chicken and set aside on a plate.
- Add minced garlic clove and minced fresh ginger to the pot and saute for 1 minute until fragrant.
- In a separate bowl, combine fresh orange juice, low sodium soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, water, and red chili flakes; stir well.
- For the orange sauce mixture into the Instant Pot and scrape any browned bits from the bottom with a wooden spoon.
- Return the browned chicken pieces to the pot and stir to coat with sauce.
- Close the Instant Pot lid and set valve to sealing position.
- Select pressure cook mode and set timer for 5 minutes.
- When cooking is complete, carefully do a quick release of pressure by turning the valve to venting.
- Open the lid and switch Instant Pot back to saute mode to thicken the sauce, stirring occasionally, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add sliced green onion on top and stir gently before serving.
