- 250 g pork shoulder boneless
- 50 ml barbecue sauce
- 50 g onion diced
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 15 ml apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper ground
- 100 ml water

Instructions
- Cut pork shoulder into large chunks about 5 cm each.
- Mix smoked paprika, brown sugar, salt, and ground black pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the spice mix evenly over the pork chunks.
- Place diced onion and minced garlic clove at the bottom of the pressure cooker.
- Add pork chunks on top of the onion and garlic.
- For apple cider vinegar, barbecue sauce, and water over the pork.
- Close the pressure cooker lid securely and set to high pressure.
- Cook under high pressure for 45 minutes.
- Release pressure naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Open lid carefully and remove pork chunks to a plate.
- Use two forks to shred the pork into bite-sized pieces.
- Return shredded pork to the sauce in the cooker and stir well to coat.
- Serve hot on buns or with your favorite sides.
