- 150 g turkey tenderloin skinless
- 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 0.5 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
- 0.5 teaspoon salt fine
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper ground

Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Pat the turkey tenderloin dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and ground black pepper.
- Brush the turkey tenderloin evenly with the olive oil mixture on all sides.
- Place the turkey tenderloin in the hot skillet.
- Cook for 4 minutes on one side without moving it to get a nice sear.
- Flip the tenderloin and cook for another 4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74C (165F).
- Remove the turkey from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Slice the turkey tenderloin against the grain and serve immediately.
