  • 150 g skinless chicken breast
  • 100 g white button mushrooms sliced
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 10 ml lemon juice fresh
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground
  • 30 g low fat plain yogurt

  1. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic clove and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add skinless chicken breast to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes on one side.
  4. Flip chicken breast and add sliced white button mushrooms to the skillet.
  5. Sprinkle dried oregano, salt, and ground black pepper over chicken and mushrooms.
  6. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until chicken is cooked through and mushrooms are tender.
  7. Remove skillet from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken and mushrooms.
  8. Serve chicken and mushrooms topped with a spoonful of low fat plain yogurt.
