  • 50 g yellow bell pepper diced
  • 50 g zucchini sliced
  • 50 g cherry tomatoes halved
  • 15 ml olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground

  1. Preheat the barbecue grill to medium heat.
  2. Cut the skinless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Dice the red and yellow bell peppers into small cubes.
  4. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
  5. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  6. In a bowl, combine chicken pieces, diced bell peppers, sliced zucchini, halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic clove, extra virgin olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and ground black pepper.
  7. Tear off a large sheet of aluminum foil, enough to create a packet.
  8. Place the mixed ingredients in the center of the foil sheet.
  9. Fold the foil over the ingredients and seal the edges tightly to form a packet.
  10. Place the foil packet on the preheated grill.
  11. Cook for 20 minutes, turning the packet halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  12. Carefully remove the foil packet from the grill using tongs.
  13. Open the packet carefully to avoid steam burns and serve hot.
