- 500 g beef marrow bones
- 100 g carrot peeled and chopped
- 50 g celery stalk chopped
- 100 g yellow onion quartered
- 2 piece garlic clove crushed
- 15 ml apple cider vinegar
- 1500 ml water
- 5 piece black peppercorns whole
- 1 piece bay leaf dried

Instructions
- Place beef marrow bones in the Instant Pot.
- Add chopped carrot, chopped celery stalk, quartered yellow onion, and crushed garlic cloves to the pot.
- For in apple cider vinegar and water to cover the bones and vegetables.
- Add whole black peppercorns and dried bay leaf to the pot.
- Close the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to sealing position.
- Select the 'Soup/Broth' setting and set the timer for 120 minutes (2 hours).
- When cooking is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 30 minutes.
- Carefully open the lid and strain the broth through a fine mesh sieve into a large bowl.
- Discard solids and let the broth cool before storing or using.
