- 40 g carrot sliced
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 150 ml beef broth low sodium
- 100 ml dark beer
- 1 piece bay leaf
- 10 g unsalted butter
- 10 g all purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

- Add beef chuck cubes and brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
