  • 150 ml beef broth low sodium
  • 100 ml dark beer
  • 1 piece bay leaf
  • 10 g unsalted butter
  • 10 g all purpose flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground

  1. Heat unsalted butter in a heavy pot over medium heat until melted.
  2. Add beef chuck cubes and brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
