  • 10 g strawberry gelatin powder
  • 50 g fresh strawberries sliced
  • 60 ml whipped cream
  • 60 ml water boiling

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Prepare yellow cake mix according to package instructions for one serving.
  3. For cake batter into a small baking pan and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Remove cake from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes evenly all over the surface of the warm cake.
  6. Mix strawberry gelatin powder with boiling water until completely dissolved.
  7. For the gelatin mixture slowly over the cake, allowing it to seep into the holes.
