- 4 piece large white mushroom cap
- 100 g raw shrimp peeled and deveined
- 30 g cream cheese softened
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
- 10 g grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

- Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Clean mushroom caps by wiping with a damp cloth and remove stems carefully.
- Chop mushroom stems finely and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and chopped mushroom stems to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes until soft.
- Add raw shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3 minutes.
- Remove skillet from heat and chop cooked shrimp into small pieces.
