- 150 g medium shrimp peeled and deveined
- 100 g silky tofu cubed
- 300 ml chicken broth low sodium
- 10 g fresh ginger peeled and sliced
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 15 g green onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce low sodium
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 pinch white pepper ground

Instructions
- Peel and devein the medium shrimp if not already done.
- Cube the silky tofu into bite-sized pieces carefully to avoid breaking.
- Peel and slice fresh ginger thinly.
- Mince one garlic clove finely.
- Chop green onion into small pieces, separating white and green parts.
- In a medium pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced ginger to the pot and saute for 1 minute until fragrant.
- For in 300 ml of low sodium chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil.
- Add the peeled shrimp to the boiling broth and cook for 2 minutes until they turn pink.
- Gently add the cubed silky tofu to the pot and simmer for another 2 minutes without stirring too much.
- Add 1 tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce and a pinch of ground white pepper to the soup and stir gently.
- Add the chopped white parts of the green onion and cook for 1 minute.
- Turn off heat and garnish the soup with the green parts of the chopped green onion.
- Serve the soup hot in a bowl and enjoy.
