- 3 piece dried cannelloni pasta tubes
- 100 ml whole milk
- 10 g unsalted butter
- 10 g all purpose flour
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 5 g fresh parsley chopped
- 15 g grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

- Prepare the bechamel sauce: melt unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
