- 50 g cream cheese full fat
- 5 ml lemon juice fresh
- 2 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
- 1 pinch black pepper ground
- 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit).
- Roll out the shortcrust pastry sheet and place it in a tart tin, pressing gently to fit.
