  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 30 ml whipped cream unsweetened

  1. For whole milk into a small saucepan.
  2. Heat the milk over medium heat until it is warm but not boiling, stirring occasionally.
