- 25 g granulated sugar
- 15 g white sesame seeds
- 1 piece egg yolk
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.25 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- In a mixing bowl, cream the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, sift together all purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Fold in the white sesame seeds evenly into the dough.
- Shape the dough into small balls about 2 cm in diameter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

- Remove from oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
