  • 2 piece fresh mozzarella cheese slice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 piece garlic clove minced
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground
  • 1 pinch sea salt

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Place the sourdough bread slices on a baking tray.
  3. Brush each bread slice evenly with extra virgin olive oil.

  5. Place a slice of fresh mozzarella cheese on each bread slice.
