- 1 tablespoon olive oil spray

- Wash the zucchini and cut it into fry-shaped sticks about 1 cm thick.
- In a shallow bowl, combine grated parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and ground black pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the large egg until smooth.
- Dip each zucchini stick first into the beaten egg, then coat it evenly with the parmesan and almond flour mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius (about 390 degrees Fahrenheit) for 3 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the coated zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
- Spray the top of the zucchini fries lightly with olive oil spray for extra crispiness.
- Cook the zucchini fries in the air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Remove the fries when they are golden brown and crispy. Let them cool for 2 minutes before serving.
