- 50 ml whole milk
- 1 piece gelatin sheet
- 20 g granulated sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100 g mixed red berries (fresh or frozen)
- 5 ml lemon juice fresh
- 30 ml water
- 15 g granulated sugar (for sauce)

- Soak the gelatin sheet in cold water for 5 minutes until soft.
- In a small saucepan, warm the whole milk gently without boiling.
- Remove the gelatin from water, squeeze out excess water, and stir it into the warm milk until fully dissolved.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the white cheese cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.
