- 30 g Oreo cookie crushed
- 15 g unsalted butter melted
- 50 g white chocolate chopped
- 100 ml heavy cream cold
- 40 g cream cheese softened
- 10 g powdered sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Place crushed Oreo cookies in a bowl and add melted unsalted butter. Mix well until combined.
- Press the Oreo and butter mixture firmly into the bottom of a small serving mold or glass to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Melt the chopped white chocolate gently in a microwave or double boiler until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

- For the mousse over the chilled Oreo crust in the serving mold or glass. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate the mousse cake for at least 2 hours or until set before serving.
