  • 1 pinch salt

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add fresh cheese tortellini to boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. While tortellini cooks, melt unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic clove to the melted butter and cook for 1 minute until fragrant, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
