  • 30 g red bell pepper diced

  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 200 ml chicken broth low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice fresh
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground
  • 5 g fresh cilantro chopped

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add diced red bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in curry powder and turmeric powder, cook for 1 minute to release flavors.
  6. For in chicken broth and coconut milk, stir well to combine.
  7. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Add peeled langoustine tails to the soup and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  9. Remove soup from heat and stir in fresh lime juice, salt, and ground black pepper.
