- 50 g green apple peeled and diced
- 10 g fresh horseradish grated
- 30 ml plain yogurt whole milk
- 15 ml mayonnaise full fat
- 5 ml lemon juice fresh
- 1 pinch salt fine
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

- Peel and dice the cooked red beetroot into small cubes about 1 cm.
- Peel and dice the green apple into similar sized cubes as the beetroot.
- Grate fresh horseradish finely using a small grater.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the plain whole milk yogurt and full fat mayonnaise.
- Add fresh lemon juice to the yogurt and mayonnaise mixture and stir well.
- Add the diced beetroot, diced apple, and grated horseradish to the bowl.
- Mix all ingredients gently until well combined.
- Season the salad with a pinch of fine salt and ground black pepper.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, then refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
