- 150 g fresh peach peeled and sliced
- 25 g granulated sugar
- 40 g all purpose flour
- 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 60 ml whole milk
- 20 g unsalted butter melted
- 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.1 teaspoon nutmeg ground

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit).
- In a small bowl, mix the sliced fresh peaches with 15 grams of granulated sugar and half of the ground cinnamon. Set aside to macerate.
- In another bowl, combine the all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, remaining granulated sugar, remaining ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
- Add the whole milk and melted unsalted butter to the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined to form a batter.
- Lightly grease a small baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
- For the peach mixture evenly into the baking dish.
- Spoon the batter over the peaches, spreading gently to cover them but leaving some peaches visible.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the batter comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
