- 50 g onion diced
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 70 g tomato diced
- 40 g green bell pepper diced
- 60 g potato peeled diced
- 15 g raisins
- 20 g green olives sliced
- 10 ml olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
- 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper ground
- 50 ml beef broth

- Add ground cumin, ground cinnamon, salt, and ground black pepper; mix well.
- For beef broth into the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes until potatoes are tender and flavors meld.
- Remove lid and cook for 2 more minutes to reduce excess liquid if needed.
- Serve hot as a main dish or with rice.
