- 250 ml water
- 1 piece dried seaweed wakame
- 50 g soft tofu cubed
- 1 tablespoon white miso paste
- 1 piece green onion sliced

Instructions
- For 250 ml of water into a small pot and bring it to a gentle boil over medium heat.
- Add 1 piece of dried seaweed wakame to the boiling water and let it rehydrate for 2 minutes.
- Cut 50 g of soft tofu into small cubes while the seaweed rehydrates.
- Add the tofu cubes to the pot and simmer gently for 2 minutes without boiling.
- Remove a small amount of hot broth into a bowl and dissolve 1 tablespoon of white miso paste in it until smooth.
- Turn off the heat and stir the dissolved miso paste back into the pot carefully to avoid boiling the soup.
- Slice 1 piece of green onion thinly and sprinkle it on top of the soup before serving.
Tips
- Use soft tofu for a smooth texture.
- Do not boil the soup after adding miso to preserve flavor and nutrients.
- Adjust miso paste quantity to taste for saltiness.
