- 50 g unsalted butter softened
- 40 g granulated sugar
- 1 piece large egg yolk
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 30 g powdered sugar
- 10 ml milk whole

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- In a mixing bowl, cream the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the large egg yolk and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the all purpose flour to the mixture and combine until a smooth dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them evenly.
- Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a spoon or your fingers.
