- 120 ml evaporated milk
- 1 piece pie crust unbaked

- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Place the unbaked pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the canned pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and salt.
- Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly with the pumpkin puree.
