  • 100 g strawberries sliced
  • 5 g fresh mint leaves chopped
  • 3 g fresh basil leaves chopped
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 10 ml honey
  • 5 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground
  • 1 pinch sea salt

  1. Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and slice them thinly. Add to the bowl with watermelon.
  3. Chop the fresh mint leaves finely and add them to the fruit mixture.
  4. Chop the fresh basil leaves finely and add them to the bowl.
  5. In a small bowl, combine fresh lime juice, honey, and extra virgin olive oil. Whisk until well mixed.
  6. For the dressing over the fruit and herbs in the large bowl.
  7. Gently toss all ingredients together to coat evenly with the dressing.
  8. Season the salad with a pinch of sea salt and ground black pepper to taste.
