- 150 g white fish fillet skinless
- 100 g potato peeled diced
- 50 g carrot peeled diced
- 40 g onion diced
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 10 g unsalted butter
- 150 ml whole milk
- 100 ml fish stock
- 5 g fresh parsley chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

- Peel and dice the potato into small cubes.
- Peel and dice the carrot into small cubes.
- Dice the onion finely.
- Mince the garlic clove.
- In a medium pot, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot and cook until soft and translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Add the diced potato and carrot to the pot and stir well.
- For in the fish stock and bring to a gentle boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
- Add the white fish fillet pieces to the pot and cook gently until the fish is opaque and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- For in the whole milk and stir gently to combine.
- Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
- Add the chopped fresh parsley and stir.
- Remove from heat and let the stew rest for 2 minutes before serving.
