- 150 g potato gnocchi
- 50 g mozzarella cheese shredded
- 20 g parmesan cheese grated
- 100 ml whole milk
- 10 g unsalted butter
- 10 g all purpose flour
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 5 g fresh basil leaves chopped
- 5 g fresh parsley chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the potato gnocchi until they float to the surface, about 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic clove and cook for 1 minute until fragrant, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
- Sprinkle the all purpose flour into the butter and garlic mixture, stirring continuously to form a smooth paste (roux).
- Gradually whisk in the whole milk, continuing to stir until the sauce thickens and becomes smooth, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the sauce from heat and stir in half of the grated parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
- In a baking dish, combine the cooked gnocchi with the cheese sauce, chopped fresh basil, and chopped fresh parsley. Mix gently to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and remaining parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
