- 130 g white beans canned drained
- 250 ml chicken broth low sodium
- 50 g onion diced
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 30 g green chili diced
- 1 teaspoon cumin ground
- 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
- 30 g sour cream full fat
- 5 g fresh cilantro chopped
- 10 ml lime juice fresh
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

- Add diced onion and minced garlic clove to the pot and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add diced skinless chicken breast to the pot and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
