  • 150 ml water
  • 10 g fresh cilantro leaves chopped

  • 5 ml olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 pinch salt

  2. In a small pot, combine the rinsed rice and water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid, and simmer for 15 minutes without lifting the lid.
  4. After 15 minutes, remove the pot from heat and let it rest covered for 5 minutes to finish cooking.
