  • 15 g unsalted butter melted
  • 1 pinch pinch salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees Celsius (about 435 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Grease a small ovenproof dish or baking pan with unsalted butter.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the whole milk and large egg until well combined.
  4. Add the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and pinch of salt to the milk and egg mixture.
  5. Whisk the batter until smooth and free of lumps.
  6. Add the melted unsalted butter and vanilla extract to the batter and mix thoroughly.
