  • 120 g apple peeled cored sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 5 g powdered sugar for dusting

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and granulated sugar.
  2. Add cold diced unsalted butter to the flour mixture and use your fingers to rub it in until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Gradually add cold water while mixing until the dough forms a ball.
  4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  6. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle about 20 cm by 25 cm.
