- 150 g pork tenderloin medallion
- 15 ml lime juice fresh
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
- 5 g fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 pinch black pepper ground
- 1 pinch salt fine
