- 100 ml dry white wine
- 20 g unsalted butter
- 1 piece shallot minced
- 10 g fresh parsley chopped
- 1 pinch black pepper ground
- 1 pinch sea salt

- Rinse the fresh clams under cold water to remove any sand or grit and set aside.
- Peel and mince the garlic cloves and shallot finely.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the unsalted butter.
- Add the minced garlic and shallot to the skillet and cook until fragrant and translucent, about 2 minutes.
- Add the fresh thyme sprigs to the skillet and stir to release their aroma.
