Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (about 400 Fahrenheit).
- Cut a large sheet of aluminum foil for one serving, enough to fold and seal the packet.
- Place the salmon fillet in the center of the foil sheet.
- Spread the cream cheese evenly over the top of the salmon fillet.
- Arrange the sliced zucchini, diced red bell pepper, and julienned carrot around and on top of the salmon.
- Drizzle the olive oil and fresh lemon juice over the salmon and vegetables.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic, chopped fresh dill, salt, and ground black pepper evenly over the ingredients.
- Fold the foil over the salmon and vegetables to create a sealed packet, making sure it is tightly closed to trap steam.
- Place the foil packet on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Carefully open the foil packet to avoid steam burns and serve immediately.
Tips
- Use fresh salmon for best flavor and texture.
- Do not overcook the salmon to keep it moist and tender.
- Add other vegetables like asparagus or cherry tomatoes for variety.
