- 150 g skinless chicken breast diced
- 100 g egg noodles uncooked
- 50 g red bell pepper sliced
- 50 g carrot julienned
- 50 g broccoli florets
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 15 ml soy sauce low sodium
- 10 ml sesame oil
- 15 ml vegetable oil
- 10 g green onion sliced
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

- Bring a pot of water to boil and cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Add minced garlic clove to the wok and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add diced skinless chicken breast to the wok and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until cooked through and no longer pink inside.
- Add sliced red bell pepper, julienned carrot, and broccoli florets to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
