  • 100 g egg noodles uncooked
  • 50 g red bell pepper sliced
  • 50 g carrot julienned
  • 50 g broccoli florets
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 15 ml soy sauce low sodium
  • 10 ml sesame oil
  • 15 ml vegetable oil
  • 10 g green onion sliced
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add minced garlic clove to the wok and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add diced skinless chicken breast to the wok and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until cooked through and no longer pink inside.
