  • 15 ml lemon juice fresh

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. In a small bowl, combine ground cumin, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, ground turmeric, paprika powder, minced garlic clove, grated fresh ginger, salt, and ground black pepper.
  3. Add olive oil and fresh lemon juice to the spice mixture and stir well to form a paste.
  4. Pat the whole chicken leg dry with paper towels to ensure the skin crisps up.
