- 150 g skinless chicken breast
- 15 g whole grain mustard
- 10 g unsalted butter
- 100 g leek white part sliced
- 50 ml heavy cream
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 10 ml olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

- Pat dry the skinless chicken breast with paper towels.
- Season the chicken breast with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the chicken breast to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes without moving to get a golden crust.
- Flip the chicken breast and cook for another 5 minutes until cooked through and juices run clear.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside, keeping warm.
- In the same skillet, add unsalted butter and minced garlic clove, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add sliced white part of leek to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes until softened, stirring occasionally.
- For in heavy cream and stir to combine with leeks, simmer gently for 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove skillet from heat and stir in whole grain mustard until smooth and creamy.
- Return the chicken breast to the skillet and spoon some creamy leek fondue over the top.
- Serve the chicken breast with the creamy leek fondue immediately while hot.
