- 200 g lamb shoulder diced
- 100 g ripe mango peeled and diced
- 20 g almond slivers toasted
- 50 g onion diced
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 15 ml olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground
- 5 g fresh cilantro chopped

- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic clove to the skillet and cook until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add diced lamb shoulder to the skillet and brown on all sides, about 7 minutes.
- Sprinkle ground cumin, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, salt, and black pepper over the lamb and stir well to coat evenly.
- Add diced ripe mango to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes until mango softens and flavors combine.
- Sprinkle toasted almond slivers over the lamb and mango mixture and stir gently.
