- 1 piece egg large
- 50 g red currant jelly
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit).
- Grease and flour a small cake pan suitable for one serving.
