- 60 g all purpose flour
- 30 g unsalted butter softened
- 20 ml honey
- 20 g granulated sugar
- 1 piece large egg
- 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 30 ml milk whole
- 1 pinch pinch salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Grease a small cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream the softened unsalted butter with granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the large egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and beat well.
- In another bowl, sift together all purpose flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture alternating with whole milk, mixing gently until combined.
- Fold in the chopped dried apricots and honey into the batter.
- For the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
