  • 200 g pork loin roast trimmed
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 50 ml water

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Mix minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, sea salt, and ground black pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the pork loin roast all over with olive oil.
  4. Coat the pork loin evenly with the herb and garlic mixture.
  5. Place the pork loin roast in a roasting pan.
  6. For 50 ml of water into the bottom of the roasting pan to keep the meat moist.
  7. Roast the pork loin in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes per 500 g, or until the internal temperature reaches 70 degrees Celsius (160 degrees Fahrenheit).
  8. Remove the roast from the oven and cover loosely with foil.
  9. Let the pork loin rest for 10 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute.
  10. Slice the pork loin roast and serve hot.
