  • 30 g green chili pepper diced
  • 50 g white onion diced
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 10 g fresh cilantro chopped
  • 150 ml chicken broth low sodium
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

  1. Prepare all ingredients by dicing pork shoulder into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Husk and quarter the tomatillos, then dice the green chili pepper and white onion.
