  • 50 g semisweet chocolate chips

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the large egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, baking soda, and salt.
