- 1 piece large egg beaten
- 30 g grated hard cheese (such as cheddar)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground
- 1 piece garlic clove minced

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Wash the fresh nettle leaves carefully and chop them finely using a knife.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all purpose flour and baking powder. Stir well.
- In another bowl, whisk the beaten large egg with whole milk and melted unsalted butter.
- Add the minced garlic clove, salt, and ground black pepper to the wet ingredients and mix.
- For the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
