  • 15 g all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit).
  2. Grate the medium zucchini and place it in a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze out excess moisture thoroughly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, crumbled feta cheese, beaten large egg, and whole milk plain yogurt.
  4. Add the all purpose flour to the mixture and stir well to combine evenly.
  5. Add the minced garlic clove, chopped fresh parsley, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of ground black pepper. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  6. Grease a small baking dish with half the extra virgin olive oil.
  7. For the zucchini and feta mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
