- 1 piece whole wheat burger bun
- 50 g ripe banana mashed
- 40 g apple peeled and grated
- 20 g dark chocolate chips
- 5 g unsalted butter
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 10 ml honey

- Slice the whole wheat burger bun horizontally and set aside.
- In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
- Add the grated apple, ground cinnamon, and honey to the mashed banana and mix well.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt the unsalted butter.
- For the banana and apple mixture into the pan, shaping it into a patty about the size of the bun.
- Cook the patty for 3 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- Flip the patty carefully and sprinkle dark chocolate chips on top while cooking the other side for 2-3 minutes until chocolate melts and patty is cooked through.
- Remove the patty from the pan and place it on the bottom half of the burger bun.
- Cover with the top half of the bun to form the burger.
- Serve immediately while warm.
