  • 150 g fresh pitted cherries
  • 100 g plain Greek yogurt full fat
  • 15 g honey pure
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract pure
  • 5 ml lemon juice fresh

Instructions

  1. Wash and pit the fresh cherries carefully.
  2. Place the pitted cherries in a blender or food processor.
  3. Add the plain Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and fresh lemon juice to the blender.
  4. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  5. For the cherry mixture evenly into popsicle molds.
  6. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
  7. Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
  8. To serve, run warm water briefly over the outside of the molds to loosen the popsicles.
  9. Remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy immediately.

Tips

  • Use ripe, sweet cherries for best flavor.
  • If you prefer a sweeter popsicle, add more honey to taste.
  • Make sure to freeze the popsicles long enough to fully set before serving.
